The company itself is husband and wife team James and Natasha Sheperd from North Wales. James is from Llandudno originally and lived on Anglesey for 5 years. Natasha is from the Conwy valley and is a fluent Welsh speaker. With pride and passion we want to rekindle this gem of Welsh heritage and bring it to wider attention for peope of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities to enjoy.
