The traditional Aberffraw Biscuit is handmade using just three ingredients: rich Welsh butter, flour and sugar.

Before being baked the dough is pressed with our unique scallop shell stamp to produce that authentic Aberffraw biscuit look.

The result is a premium biscuit which is rich, buttery and crumbly – just what you’d expect from an exceptional shortbread.
